Most of the Chinese population in Sarawak Sibu are
Fuzhou people, thus there are also numbers of Fuzhou foods can be found here.
Among all, Kampua noodle is one of the most common food for Fuzhou people in
Sibu. It is then brought to Kuching and now it can be easily found along the
street in Kuching.

Even though Kampua is one of the most iconic food in Sarawak,
the preparation is not complicated at all. Kampua is dried noodle drained from
boiling water and tossed in lard and shallot, topped with char siu and served
in plate.

或是加入辣椒酱搅拌的红色干盘面

Although Kampua is a simple dish but there are several
ways to be served. The black Kampua is mixed with black soy sauce, and the red
one is added with chilli sauce. Each way has its own specialty.
干盘面的美名已渐渐被知晓
即使在外地也可见到干盘面的踪迹

Kampua is getting well known nowadays and it can
