砂朥越干盘面 Sarawak Kampua


砂劳越诗巫福州人众多
因此福州美食也繁多
其中干盘面更是诗巫福州人常吃的面食
随着福州人流传到了古晋
却也在古晋成了极为普遍的食物

Most of the Chinese population in Sarawak Sibu are Fuzhou people, thus there are also numbers of Fuzhou foods can be found here. Among all, Kampua noodle is one of the most common food for Fuzhou people in Sibu. It is then brought to Kuching and now it can be easily found along the street in Kuching.

尽管干盘面是砂朥越代表性的美食
但准备起来却并不复杂
将干面经沸水煮熟后
与猪油、葱拌匀
加上叉烧
放在盘中
就成了干盘面

Even though Kampua is one of the most iconic food in Sarawak, the preparation is not complicated at all. Kampua is dried noodle drained from boiling water and tossed in lard and shallot, topped with char siu and served in plate.

干盘面用料简单
却有多种吃法
除了原味外
还有加入黑酱油搅拌的黑干盘面
或是加入辣椒酱搅拌的红色干盘面
各种吃法各有风味

Although Kampua is a simple dish but there are several ways to be served. The black Kampua is mixed with black soy sauce, and the red one is added with chilli sauce. Each way has its own specialty.

干盘面的美名已渐渐被知晓
即使在外地也可见到干盘面的踪迹

Kampua is getting well known nowadays and it can also be found outside of Sarawak.
