古晋 Kuching


古晋,马来西亚砂拉越州首府
在马来文的意思是“猫”,故也称猫城
城市的标志就是一只大白猫
而坐落在老街浮罗岸路口的大白猫
还会因节日的不同换上不同的衣裳
它是座民风淳朴的城市
相比大多数城市
古晋人生活悠闲,步伐没那么匆忙
城市里保留了许多历史悠久的老建筑
更有多原种族文化
各个国家公园各有特色
美食更是不容错过
干捞面、古晋叻沙、粿汁、茄汁粿条等,多不胜数
甚至从其他省份传过来的
诗巫干盘面、光饼等
个个各有特色
无可否认,这里是个旅行的好地方

Kuching, the capital in the state of Sarawak in Malaysia, it means “cat” in Malay thus it is also known as the Cat City and the mascot of Kuching is a huge white cat statue. Furthermore, the white cat at the main street – Padungan, will be dressed up according to the festive season.

Comparing to most of the cities, Kuching considered a peaceful city. The lifestyle of the people there is relaxing and their pace is slow.

Not only having the historical buildings which showcasing tis culture and history, there are also numbers of national parks with the nature beauty of Kuching. Not to forget the numerous authentic and delicious food such as kolo mee, Kuching laksa, kueh chap, tomato kueh teow, as well as those originate from the other cities in Sarawak, some example will be the Kampua noodle and Kong Pia from Sibu. It is pretty sure that Kuching is a nice city for travel.
