奥克兰胡努瓦地区公园 Auckland Hunua Ranges Regional Park

胡努瓦地区公园位于奥克兰东南区
有多条的河流和溪流
其中最著名的当属胡努瓦瀑布
短程的20分钟步道即可来回

Hunua Ranges Regional Park located at the southeast of Auckland, it contains many rivers and streams, including Hunua Falls which is a popular tourist spot in the Ranges. Hunua Falls walk loop walk is a short walk which only takes 20 minutes return.

除了短程的胡努瓦瀑布步行道外
这里也有较长的步行道
让游客走入大自然
胡努瓦地区公园除了供公共休闲用途外
也同时是重要的集水区
共有四个蓄水池
并可进行彩虹鳟鱼垂钓

Despite the short distance walk way to Hunua Falls, there are also some other longer track for visitor to walk into the nature.

Hunua Ranges not only used for visiting purpose, but also serve as water reservoirs. There are four dams in total and trout fishing is available here. 

大部分步道平坦

但偶尔有陡峭的上坡路
这里也栖息了各种鸟类
细心寻找就可看到林中的小鸟

The track is easy but there are also some steep climbs along the way. Visitor can also enjoy bird watching in the range.

The lookout provides magnificent views of the Hunua Ranges, and can also view the dams in the Ranges.

进入和离开前，别忘了刷一刷鞋子
喷洒消毒药水
贝壳杉这种纽西兰代表性的原生木
正受到外来菌种的感染
造成大片贝壳杉死亡
这种菌类透过土壤感染
因此
应尽量跟随步道行走并做好清洁动作

Don’t forget to brush your shoes before entering or leaving.

Kauri is one of the native plants in New Zealand which is currently which is currently facing a new threat from a fungus-type disease, the kauri dieback disease. Any movement of soil could spread the disease.

Help to prevent the spread of disease, stay on the pathway and clean your boots and equipment.
